Small Bedroom Makeover

Space Planning and Organization

This bedroom had become a catch-all during a fast family transition, with furniture blocking light and no clear storage plan.

We relocated key pieces to open both windows, optimized the floor plan around the pullout bed, and built practical systems for daily use item storage. The space now supports both rest and daytime living — with better flow, light, and function.

Storage Room Reset

Organization

For this busy family, the storage room had become the place where “we’ll deal with it later” items landed — pantry overflow, hardware, paint supplies, and entertaining essentials all mixed together. We sorted and streamlined, created clear zones, and built practical systems to support both DIY projects and cultural celebrations. Now everything has a home — and nothing gets repurchased simply because it couldn’t be found.

Kitchen Transformation

Space Planning, Renovation Oversight, and Organization

This kitchen transformation started with a clean space that looked new(ish) but didn’t work for a busy family of four who loved cooking and entertaining. The cramped U-shaped layout, poor sightlines, separate dining room, and tiny breakfast nook made it difficult to prep, serve, and gather together.

Through thoughtful space planning and design, we opened the footprint into a modern kitchen and dining area with clear flow, functional zones, and a built-in buffet/bar designed for everyday life. We oversaw contractors from start to finish to ensure the final result was as practical as it was beautiful — from smartly placed plugs to accessible storage — so the family could cook, entertain, and enjoy their home with ease.

Kitchen Cabinet Refresh

Organizing

This kitchen cabinet makeover turned clutter into convenience.

One wall cabinet was repurposed for the family’s love of smoothies and supplements — now everything needed for a shake is in one easy-to-reach spot.

We also decluttered the spices, paring them down to a small drawer in the kitchen island, making prep easier and keeping everything fresh in smaller containers.

The under-sink space went from a jumble of buried items to a functional zone with a turntable, protective liner, and shelves to separate brushes and towels.

Simple, organized, and ready for everyday life.

Reimagining 2 Bathrooms

Space Planning, Renovation Oversight, and Product Sourcing

These upper-level bathroom transformations balanced space and function for the whole family. The hall/kids’ bath was oversized for siblings who rarely used it together, while the primary bathroom was cramped — barely enough room for one person, with a single sink positioned inconveniently next to the toilet.

By rethinking the layout of both bathrooms together, we created a design that gave the kids plenty of space without excess and significantly expanded the primary bath. The new primary bathroom now features a tub, a large shower, and a dual vanity. We oversaw the renovation from start to finish and selected all products and finishes, ensuring the final result was both beautiful and highly functional for everyday family life.
